Transworld Capital Group Adds Senior Staff to Handle

Growing Cross Border Business

Marina Jiang will head up the Beijing office and Shawn Thompson joins the Los Angeles office.

Marina Jiang previously served as Director for Business Development and Operations for Cerberus Capital Management at its Beijing office.  She has an extensive network of influential high-level business executives and government officials in China and around the world, developed while she was Director of Diplomatic and Government Relations for the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York and Director of Business Development for Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Shawn Thompson has eighteen years of banking, investment banking and consulting experience providing merger and acquisition, valuation, financial advisory and restructuring services at firms including Barrington Associates and XRoads Solutions Group in Los Angeles and JPMorgan Chase in New York.  Mr. Thompson has executed transactions in a diverse range of industries including consumer products, technology, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and business services.  Mr. Thompson has also served as acting CFO and restructuring advisor with experience in specialty retail, restaurants and healthcare.
