We invest in companies located in the U.S. or China that are leaders in their respective sectors but have not yet capitalized on cross-border opportunities.   We enhance our portfolio companies’ value by investing financial and human capital to help them leverage unique opportunities and resources available in overseas markets and operating environments.  We aim to generate substantial value for our investors by selling them to strategic buyers or publicly listing them on the most suitable stock exchanges in either the U.S. or the Asia-Pacific region.
