We have recently expanded our offices in Shanghai and Beijing and are laying the groundwork for an increased number of transactions in Asia both with our partners and newly identified companies. In both emerging and well-established economies throughout the Asia-Pacific region, we intend to pursue opportunities that range from manufacturing, sourcing of products and joint venture opportunities, to traditional buyout transactions in more mature economies, cross-border acquisitions in partnership with Asian companies and selective growth equity investments in emerging markets.
