Alan J. Bailey

Mr. Bailey is a veteran of the entertainment industry with  35 years of senior level corporate finance experience providing individual film and film slate financing, asset securitization financing, key deal analysis and financial planning, worldwide cash operations and bank management, corporate tax planning and internal audit operations. He has also been instrumental in securing film project financing from multi-million dollar production incentives offered by most  US States and by key foreign governments

Prior to joining TCG, Mr. Bailey served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Paramount Pictures from 1975 through 2009 , one of the most successful Hollywood Studios, with such classics as the Godfather trilogy, Forrest Gump, Saving Private Ryan, Titanic, Transformers and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Mr. Bailey joined Paramount Pictures  from its parent, Gulf + Western Industries, where he served as Vice President in charge of offshore financial operations. Prior to Gulf + Western Industries he served in public accounting with an affiliate of Ernst & Young and with Grant Thornton as a senior audit supervisor.

In addition to his extensive experience and knowledge of project and asset financing, Mr. Bailey has successfully executive produced and distributed several TV series and lower budget motion pictures, and is the co-producer of the annual International Action on Film Festival  which takes place in Pasadena, California each July with more than 500 film submissions and more than 20,000 attendees.

Mr. Bailey is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
