Marina Jiang

PARTNER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Marina Jiang joined TCG in 2009 to head its Beijing office. Ms. Jiang has developed new business and assisted in supporting clients by identifying and negotiating with joint venture partners, investors and other partners in China. Ms. Jiang CURRENTLY SERVES AS Business Development Advisor for TCG.

Prior to joining TCG, Ms. Jiang served as Director for Business Development and Operations for Cerberus Capital Management in Beijing, PRC. She was responsible for establishing the Cerberus China Representative office. In addition she assisted Cerberus' Global Chairmen – former US Vice President Dan Quayle and former US Secretary of Treasury John Snow to establish strategic dialogues with high-level Chinese government officials and corporate executives. In her role, she sought investment opportunities in China and assisted Chinese companies in cross border M&A opportunities.

Prior to Cerberus, Ms. Jiang held positions as Director of Diplomatic and Government Relations for the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York and Director of Business Development of Hilton Hotels Corporation for the past 10 years, where she developed an extensive network of influential high-level business executives and government officials in China and around the world.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Business Administration from International College of Tourism and Management in Austria.
